Design Guidelines

The logo should be oriented to fit in the header of this website. It should also be designed with the current color palette of this site in mind.

Contest Rules

• Logo’s must be received by January 15th, 2009.

• Multiple submissions per person are allowed.
• Logo design must be original and not infringe on any other brand.
• The chosen logo becomes property of the Twitter Poker Tour.

Disclaimer

1. Giveaway is only available for select events. Check event details to see if giveaway applies.
2. Bad Beat Clothing will give one t-shirt away to the participant of the Twitter Poker Tour who suffers the worst bad beat.
3. To be eligible, the bad beat must occur in a hand that knocks the loser of the hand out of the tournament.
4. Anyone wishing to qualify for the Bad Beat Clothing promotion must provide a hand history of the losing hand to a tournament director by 11 p.m. on the Friday following the tournament. Hand histories can be obtained by request through Poker Stars or by creating an active download log on Full Tilt.
5. The winner of the Bad Beat giveaway will be decided by determining the losing hand that had the best probability of winning after the flop, meaning after the three community cards are dealt. The probability will be determined by using PokerStove.
6. In the event that two or more losing hands had the same post-flop probability of winning, the Bad Beat prize will be awarded to the participant who held the highest ranked hole card at the time of the losing hand. For example, the Ace of spades would be the highest ranked card in the deck, followed by the Ace of Hearts, Ace of Diamonds and Ace of Clubs. In the event that two or more players had identical high cards during their losing hands, the tie breaker will move to the rank of their second hole card. In the event there is still a tie after the second tie breaker, Bad Beat Clothing will award a t-shirt to each participant.
7. TPT officials will settle all disputes. Their decision will be final.
8. Winner of the weekly Bad Beat promotion will have the right to choose any of the t-shirts in stock at www.badbeatclothing.com at the time of their qualifying TPT event.
9. Bad Beat Clothing reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
